This strong adhesive seal was developed to facilitate easy sample removal with a manual or automated system
The seal is optically clear, being made from a transparent polyester film, and has a strong adhesive applied across the underside of the seal, with 96 round windows which align to the 96 wells of a plate
The optical windows are cross-cut, allowing for easy access to the sample wells with a tip or probe with minimal pressure
For all adhesive seals, the best sealing results are achieved using our Hand Roller

Cerillo’s Alto Plate Reader is a third party module that can be placed next to or inside the OT-2 or Opentrons Flex for post experimental analysis. The worktable adapter will allow you to utilize the OT-2 or Opentrons Flex to prepare the samples directly into the plate reader positions on the worktable.
This powerful optical system provides flexible calibration modes, accommodating a wide array of workflows including ELISA and microbial growth curves with diverse starting points. This plate reader is compatible with Cerillo’s Canopy wireless device that allows real time visualization, control, and analytics. This product is compatible with reading 450nm or 600nm wavelengths.

Saxitoxins (STXs) are naturally occurring alkaloids produced by some marine dinoflagellates and by strains of various species of freshwater cyanobacteria. Saxitoxin is one of the prevalent paralytic shellfish toxins (PSTs). It belongs to a family of potent neurotoxins with a molecular weight around 300 Da. Saxitoxin and its derivatives are alkaloids composed of a tetrahydropurine ring system with a highly polar guanidinium group. Due to their significant toxicity, saxitoxins are closely monitored in marine environments where they can accumulate during harmful algal blooms (HABs). In 2009 an action level of 0.6ppb (600ppt) was recommended by EFSA as a guidance framework have been established to manage saxitoxin levels in water.
