Our QuickSeal Gas Perm Woven self-adhesive seal is made from White Rayon Nonwoven tape and is designed for use in short term Incubation, agriculture and seed storage, Insect storage and Cell Culture.
The seal is compatible with polypropylene, polystyrene, polyethylene and COC
It can be removed by peeling, or it can be pierced with a pipette tip manually, or using a liquid handling robot.
QuickSeal Gas Perm Woven can be utilized for effective short term incubations, during which it demonstrates significant reductions in evaporation compared to lids
For all adhesive seals, the best sealing results are achieved using our Hand Roller or KAPS 500 Auto Sealer

Principle
The CleanSeq method contains magnetic particles in an optimized binding buffer to selectively capture sequencing extension products. The protocol can be performed directly in the thermal cycling plate. Unincorporated dyes, nucleotides, salts and contaminants are removed using a simple washing procedure. The purification procedure is amenable to a variety of automation platforms since it requires no centrifugation or vacuum filtration.

CleanSeq Beads should be stored at 2-8°C upon arrival and is stable up to 6 months under the condition. However, short-term storage (up to 12 weeks) at room temperature (15-25°C) does not affect its performance. Mix CleanSeq Beads well before using. The reagent should appear homogenous and consistent in color.

N-(Boc-PEG4)-N-bis(PEG4-propargyl) is a trifunctional chemical containing two terminal alkynes and a Boc-protected primary amine. The terminal alkynes are used in copper click chemistry with azides to form stable triazole linkages with the target molecule while the carboxylic acids are reactive towards alcohols and primary amines to form esters and amides respectively.
