Test Principle
IgG antibodies are resposible for the heparin induced thrombocytopenia.
Immobilized anti-human IgG on the membrane of the test unit binds patients IgG-antibodies which are previously captured by the PF4/polyanion-complex which is detected by intensely colored gold nanoparticles.
The presence of PF4/polyanion-complex becomes visible at a colored test line. The surplus of gold particles continues to migrate through the membrane and is captured at the control line by specific antibodies.

Overview
Detection kits for Giardia intestinalis
CE-IVD marked version available for in vitro diagnostic use
Available in TaqMan format for analysis.
Giardiasis is a disease of the small bowel caused by the protozoan parasite Giardia intestinalis (syn.duodenalis or lamblia). Giardia is one of the most common intestinal parasites in the world, and occurs at very high prevalence rates in places with poor water sanitation. Individuals become infected through ingesting or coming into contact with contaminated water, food or soil. It can also be spread through the faecal-oral route due to poor hygiene practices, which makes it common in day-care centers. G. intestinalis lives inside the intestines of infected humans or other animals including cats, dogs, birds, cows, beaver and deer. Symptoms of infection include diarrhea, malaise, excessive gas, bloating, nausea, diminished interest in food, possible vomiting and weight loss.
There are 2 kits available for the detection of Giardia intestinalis:
Storage Conditions and Product Stability All kit components can be stored for 1 year after the date of production without showing any reduction in performance.
All kit components should be stored at -20°C upon arrival. Repeated thawing and freezing (> 2 x) of the Master Mix and Positive Control should be avoided, as this may affect the performance of the assay. If the reagents are to be used only intermittently, they should be frozen in aliquots.
Amplification kits come in a variety of reagent forms such as freeze-dried powder, freeze-dried microspheres, and master mix. (This paragraph can be marked in different forms)
product:
DNA Isothermal Rapid Amplification Kit (Fluorescent type) DNA Isothermal Rapid Amplification Kit (Colloidal gold test strip type) RNA Isothermal Rapid Amplification Kit (Basic Type)-II
…
Nucleic acid detection process: sampling, nucleic acid extraction, nucleic acid amplification, and result analysis. There are corresponding products that can be applied for the experimental steps after the sampling operation, which are more suitable for on-site rapid inspection needs.

This product provides a fast and easy way to purify DNA from plant and fungal tissue. Up to 100 mg of tissue can be processed. Easy-to-use Plant procedures provide pure total DNA (genomic, mitochondrial, and chloroplast) for reliable PCR and southern blotting in less than 1 hour. Purification requires no phenol or chloroform extraction oralcohol precipitation and involves minimal handling.
Plantmaterial is first mechanically disrupted and then lysed by addition of lysis buffer and incubation. RNase A in the lysis buffer digests the RNA in the sample. After lysis, proteins and polysaccharides are salt-precipitated.Binding buffer and ethanol are added to the cleared lysate to promote binding of the DNA to the HiPure membrane. The sample is then applied to a column and then centrifuged. DNA binds to the membrane, while contaminants such as proteins and polysaccharides are efficiently removed by 2 wash steps. Pure DNA is eluted in a small volume of low-salt buffer or water.
Advantages
Safe – require no phenol or chloroform extraction
Fast – several samples can be extracted in 30 minutes by silica technology
High purity – high quality DNA, completely remove inhibitors
High yield – silica technology can achieve the highest yield

Storage and Stability
RNase A should be stored at 2-8°C upon arrival. However, short-term storage (up to 24 weeks) at room temperature (15-25°C) does not affect its performance. The remaining kit components can be stored dry at room temperature (15-25°C) and are stable for at least 18 months under these conditions.
