These kits provide a rapid method for the isolation and purification of total leukocyte (white blood cell) RNA from mammalian blood samples. These kits are supplied with an RBC (red blood cell) Lysis Buffer for selective removal of red blood cells and fractionation of leukocytes by centrifugation. Isolation of leukocyte RNA results in improved expression profiling and other downstream applications by removing the masking effects of some RNAs which are very abundant in whole blood, such as globin mRNAs. These kits are able to isolate total leukocyte RNA, including both large mRNA and all small RNA species containing microRNA (miRNA) and small silencing RNA (siRNA). The purified RNA is of the highest quality and can be used in a number of downstream applications.
Leukocyte RNA Purification Kit (Spin Column)
This kit provides a rapid method for the isolation and purification of total leukocyte RNA from mammalian blood samples in 40 minutes. Allowable blood input ranges from 10 μL to 2 mL or 3 x 106 Leukocytes
Leukocyte RNA Purification Plus Kit (Plus)
Norgen’s Leukocyte RNA Purification Plus Kit provides a rapid method for the isolation and purification of total leukocyte (white blood cell) RNA from up to 3 mL of mammalian blood samples. Complete 10 purifications in as little as 40 minutes.
Leukocyte RNA Purification 96-Well Kit (High Throughput)
Purification is based on 96-well column chromatography using Norgen’s proprietary resin as the separation matrix. Purification can be performed using either a vacuum manifold or centrifugation. Norgen’s kit allows for the isolation of total leukocyte RNA, including all small RNA species. The purified RNA is of the highest quality and can be used in a number of downstream applications including real time PCR, reverse transcription PCR, northern blotting, RNase protection and primer extension, and expression array assays. Allowable blood input ranges from 10 μL to 1 mL or 1.5 x 106 Leukocytes.

Lupus test – La antigen lateral flow serology test. Rapidly detect antibodies targeting the human La autoantigen. 10 tests per kit.
About La: The La autoantigen has been implicated to be important for many different cellular processes including RNP maturation, internal ribosome-entry-site-mediated translation, mRNA stabilization, and transcription termination. La binds to the poly U tracts of polymerase III precursor RNAs and certain polymerase II transcribed RNAs.
Attogene La antigen serology test can be used to detect autoantibodies targeting the La Protein found in human Sera and differentiate IgG and IgM.
The Kit provides fast purification of high-quality RNA from plants, cell, tissues, and yeast using silica-membrane spin columns with a binding capacity of 100μg RNA. There is no need for phenol/chloroform extractions and time-consuming steps such as CsCl gradient ultracentrifugation or precipitation with isopropanol or LiCl. RNA purified using the RaPure Total RNA Purification System can be used for applications such as RT-PCR, Northern blotting, poly A+ RNA (mRNA) purification, nuclease protection, and in vitro translation.

The Kit isolates total RNA from up to 150mg plant tissue. A short workflow enables RNA isolation with genomic DNA removal in less than 25 min. Samples are first lysed and homogenized. The lysate is passed through a DNA Mini column, ethanolis added to the flow-through, and the sample is applied to an RNA column. RNA binds to the membrane and contaminants are washed away. High-quality RNA is eluted in as little as 30µl water using the Kit.

Storage and Stability
The Kit can be stored dry at room temperature (15-25°C) and are stable for at least 18 months under these conditions. Make sure that all buffers are at room temperature when used. During shipment, crystals or precipitation may form inthe Buffer RLC/PRC1. Dissolve by warming buffer to 37°C.
1. When dealing with woody or uncommon samples, R4150 is recommended first. R4150 contains two polysaccharide/polyphenol lysis buffer, which is the most universal product.
2. R4151 is recommended for handling common economic crop samples for the first time. Strong lysis solution can be used to process easy-extraction samples. The amount of corn or rice leaves samples can reach up to 300mg.
3. R4165 adopts CTAB/chloroform method, which can also handle a large number of difficult-to-extraction plants, but requires contact with chloroform substitutes, which is less safe than other kits. This kit uses DNase Ⅰ to remove DNA, which is also a good choice for extracting polysaccharide/polyphenol-rich plant samples.
4. R4014 is recommended for fruit/starch plant samples, which uses improved trizol pre-treatment, single column operation and is more economical.
