The HybriDetect Cassette is the cassette version of our HybriDetect dipstick (MGHD 1). It is a simple and quick tool to develop your own rapid test and allows you and your clients a custumor friendly evaluation. Various molecules can be detected such as proteins, antibodies and genetic amplicons.

Test Principle

Milenia HybriDetect Cassette is a ready-to-use, universal test unit, which is based on the lateral flow technology using gold nanoparticles. The test unit is designed to develop qualitative or semi-quantitative rapid test systems for several analytes such as proteins, antibodies, or gene amplicons. The user needs to develop an analyte-specific solution or reaction (PCR, RPA, LAMP, CRISPR/Cas, …), which contains a first detector (e.g. antibody, antigen, specific probe) labelled with FITC or FAM and a second one (e.g. antibody, primer) labelled with biotin.

The Opentrons Flat Bottom Aluminum Block can be placed directly on the OT-2/Opentrons Flex deck or on the Opentrons Temperature Module. This block can hold flat bottom plates and other flat labware at constant temperature. The aluminum block holds temperatures between 4°C and 95°C when used with the Opentrons Temperature Module (GEN2). This version is only compatible for the Opentrons Flex.

The Phytase Assay Kit is a simple, quantitative method which can be used to measure phytase activity. Analysis is based on the hydrolysis of phytic acid by phytase and quantitative measurement of the phosphate released. Results are measured using a standard UV-VIS spectrophotometer and do not require the creation of a standard curve. The Phytase method can be used to measure phytase activity in cereal, fungal and bacterial phytases, and can also be used for the analysis of phytase in animal feed samples.
