Propargyl-PEG3-acid is a reagent with an alkyne group and a carboxylic acid. The terminal carboxylic acid can form amide bond with primary amines (activation is needed). The alkyne can form triazole linkage with azide containing molecules via copper catalyzed reactions. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.

Introduction
MagPure Stool DNA Kit is specially designed for high throughput DNA extraction from stool samples. It can get high purity microbial DNA from stool samples (≤200mg). This kit is based on magnetic beads purification and unique inhibiting factors adsorption technology, no phenol-chloroform extraction or alcohol precipitation. It can adsorb humic acid and other inhibiting factors in the solution efficiently. DNA can be directly used for downstream applications such as PCR, Viral DNA testing, bacterial DNA testing, etc.

Principle
This product is based on the purification method of high binding magnetic particles. The sample is lysed and digested under the action of lysate and Lysozyme. DNA is released into the lysate. After adding magnetic particles and binding solution, DNA will be adsorbed on the surface of magnetic particles, and impurities such as proteins will be removed without adsorption. The adsorbed particles were washed with washing solution to remove proteins and impurities, washed with ethanol to remove salts, and finally DNA was eluted by Elution Buffer.
Advantages
Fast – several samples can be extracted in 60 minutes (after digestion)
High purity – unique adsorbent can completely remove inhibitory factors
High recovery – DNA can be recovered at the level of PG

Storage and Stability
MagPure Particles, RNase A and Proteinase K should be stored at 2-8°C upon arrival. However, short-term storage (up to 24 weeks) at room temperature (15-25°C) does not affect their performance. The remaining kit components can be stored dry at room temperature (15-25°C) and are stable for at least 18 months under these conditions.

This product is based on silica column purification. Remove paraffin by Buffer DPS. Sample lysis with proteinase K digestion requires only 15 minutes. After lysis, samples are incubated at 80ºC for 15 minutes. Transfer to an adsorption column and RNA is adsorbed on the membrane, while protein is not adsorbed and is removed with filtration. After washing proteins and other impurities, RNA was finally eluted with low-salt buffer.
Advantages
High quality – high purity total RNA can be directly used in various sensitive downstream applications
Fast – several samples can be extracted in 60 minutes by column method
Safe – no phenol chloroform extraction required
Sensitive – RNA can be recovered at the level of PG

Proteinase K should be stored at 2-8°C upon arrival. However, short-term storage (up to 12 weeks at room temperature (15-25°C) does not affect their performance. The remaining kit components can be stored at room temperature (15-25°C) and are stable for at least 18 months under these conditions. The entire kit can be stored at 2-8°C, but in this case buffers should be redissolved before use. Make sure that all buffers are at room temperature when used.

Cryptococcus neoformans is an encapsulated yeast. Infection with C. neoformans is known as cryptococcosis and is the cause of the most common life-threatening meningitis in patients with weakened immune systems, particularly in advanced HIV/AIDS. C. neoformans is commonly found in soil throughout the world. Human infection of C. neoformans occurs via inhalation of aerosolized spores. From the lungs, C. neoformans is spread hematogenously to the Central Nervous System (CNS), resulting in meningoencephalitis. Although the availability of antiretroviral therapy in the developed world has reduced the incidents of cryptococcosis, it is still a major problem in developing countries and is one of the leading causes of death in patients with HIV/AIDS. In fact, one of the major challenges in treating cryptococcosis is that many patients with cryptococcal CNS disease are asymptomatic in terms of cryptococcal pneumonia, making it difficult for early detection.
Storage Conditions and Product Stability All kit components can be stored for 2 years after the date of production without showing any reduction in performance.
All kit components should be stored at -20°C upon arrival. Repeated thawing and freezing (> 2 x) of the Master Mix and Positive Control should be avoided, as this may affect the performance of the assay. If the reagents are to be used only intermittently, they should be frozen in aliquots.
