Sulfo DBCO-PEG3-NHS ester

DBCO-C3-PEG4-amine is a PEG linker which contains DBCO and amine moieties. The DBCO group is commonly used in copper-free Click Chemistry reactions. The amine group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde) etc. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The Flex caddy allows the Heater-Shaker GEN1 to be installed on the Opentrons Flex deck and sit below the deck, enabling below-deck cable routing and labware placed on top of modules to remain closer to the deck surface. The calibration adapter is used to calibrate the location of the Heater-Shaker. Caddies and calibration adapters are specific to the type of module.
