Mucin 6 (MUC6) is a glycoprotein expressed in mucous neck cells, pyloric glands of the antrum, epigastric and bronchial epithelium, and in Müller ducts of the endocervix and urethral epithelium. Anti-MUC6 is useful for differentiating fetal, precancerous, and cancerous colonic mucosa from normal colon, as the antibody does not stain the latter. Anti-MUC6 stains the gastric epithelial surface of normal human gastrointestinal tract.

Propargyl-PEG4-Ms has an alkyne group and a mesylate group. The mesylate group is a sulfonate ester for nucleophilic substitution reactions (SN2). The alkyne group can react with azides via copper catalyzed Click Chemistry reactions. The PEG units help increase the solubility of the molecule in aqueous environments. Cadmium contamination is a serious worldwide environmental problem. As it is difficult to detoxify by chemical or biological methods, gradual Cadmium accumulation in the nervous and cardiovascular systems of the human body can subsequently cause serious diseases. Long-term health consequences of drinking cadmium-contaminated food and water include numerous negative health effects. Attogene’s Cadmium Lateral Flow test gives results conforming of 5ppb or greater. Using the supplied pipette, simply fill the vial with your water sample, place the water into the sample port and wait 15-30 minutes.

The Flex caddy allows the Thermocycler GEN2 to be installed on the Opentrons Flex deck and sit below the deck, enabling below-deck cable routing and labware placed on top of modules to remain closer to the deck surface. The calibration adapter is used to calibrate the location of the Thermocycler. Caddies and calibration adapters are specific to the type of module.
