0.2 mL PCR Tube Stand ANSI/SBS

The Opentrons 24-well Aluminum Block can be placed directly on the OT-2/Opentrons Flex deck or on the Opentrons Temperature Module. This block acts as a 24 position rack to keep 2mL tubes, 1.5mL tubes, and the NEST 0.5mL tubes at constant temperature. The aluminum block holds temperatures between 4°C and 95°C when used with the Opentrons Temperature Module (GEN2).

Smart sensors support automatic calibration, real-time positioning, and error detection. The 96-channel pipette occupies both pipette mounts and can easily be removed and swapped to an alternate pipette configurations to adapt your workflow needs.

Principle:

Acetamidase bacteria can use acetamide as a carbon source and acetamide decomposition Alcaligenes; NaCl maintain osmotic balance; dipotassium phosphate and potassium dihydrogenphosphate as buffer; magnesium ions provide necessary growth ; agar medium as coagulant; phenol red as a pH indicator.

Magnesium sulfate 0.5g

Phenol red 0.012g

Final pH 7.2 ± 0.2
