The RNA Clean Beads use paramagnetic bead technology for high-throughput purification of RNA or cDNA from in vitro applications such as transcription, antisense RNA (aRNA) amplification and RNA and cDNA probe synthesis. The resulting purified product can be used in the following applications: PCR and RT-PCR, probes for microarray or macroarray, RNase protection assays, transfection for RNAi experiments and cDNA synthesis and labeling.

Storage and Stability
Store at 4℃ upon arrival, for up to 12 months. For best results shake the reagent well until all of the beads are completely in suspension and aliquot RNAClean Beads into RNase free containers. Do not pour remaining reagent back into the storage container. Mix RNAClean Beads well before use. The reagent should appear homogenous and consistent in color.
DO NOT FREEZE.

For the simultaneous detection of up to four targets in one reaction. Save time, cost, and consumables while maximising data generation.
ProbeSure Multiplex Master Mix is an enhanced version of ProbeSure Master Mix, formulated to enable users to analyse up to four targets in one reaction well. For example, two bi-allelic SNPs or one reference gene and a further three genes of interest.
Users will require a plate reader capable of reading FAM, HEX, ATTO 550, ATTO 647N and ATTO 633 (the wavelengths of each of these can be found in our ProbeSure Multiplex Master Mix User Guide). ProbeSure Multiplex Master Mix is supplied at 2x concentration for convenience and is supplied with the ATTO 633 normalising dye at either high level (500 nM final concentration), low level (25 nM final concentration) or without ATTO 633.

Mycoplasma is a common and serious contaminant of cell cultures. Mycoplasma is often not visible and does not respond to antibiotics, and therefore it is a major issue that requires monitoring and early detection. Up to 30% of cell cultures may be contaminated with Mycoplasmas, the main contaminants being the species M. orale, M. laidlawii, M. arginini and M. hyorhinis. These organisms produce a variety of effects on the infected cells in culture, including changes in metabolism growth, viability and morphology, thereby altering the phenotypic characteristics of the host cells. Therefore there is an absolute requirement for routine, periodic assays to diagnose possible Mycoplasma contamination of all cell cultures, particularly continuous or established cell lines.

Storage Conditions and Product Stability
All kit components can be stored for 2 years after the date of production without showing any reduction in performance.
All kit components should be stored at -20°C upon arrival. Repeated thawing and freezing (> 2 x) of the Master Mix and Positive Control should be avoided, as this may affect the performance of the assay. If the reagents are to be used only intermittently, they should be frozen in aliquots.
