The Norgen LowRanger 100 bp DNA Ladder is prepared to ensure quality and batch-to-batch consistency. Our LowRanger contains eleven discrete fragments ranging from 100 bp to 2000 bp in 100 bp increments with a higher intensity reference band at 500 bp. This Ladder is ideal for fast running times and accurate visual determination.

1mL of premixed DNA ladder (0.5µg/10µL) in loading buffer (10mM EDTA, 10% glycerol, 0.015% bromophenol blue, and 0.17% SDS).

Recommended Use:
Mix thoroughly. For best results, load 10µL of DNA ladder per well. For precise mass determination with a densitometer, stain gel after electrophoresis using 0.5µg/mL ethidium bromide for 30-40 minutes. The table above shows the size and mass for each band based on 10µL ladder per well.
Storage:
Stable at room temperature. For longer term storage, -20°C is recommended.
This ladder was standardized using 10µL of DNA per lane on a 0.8 cm thick, 13 x 15 cm, 1.0% agarose gel run in TAE buffer.
Isotherm3G is a mesophilic DNA polymerase, perfectly suited for Isothermal amplifications. Isotherm3G has been mutated to have improved reverse transcription activity. It synthesizes DNA from both DNA and RNA templates with a high strand displacement activity allowing simplified one-enzyme RT-LAMP reactions.
Isotherm3G exhibits 5’ to 3’ polymerase activity but lacks any exonuclease activity. The product components have been optimized and are perfectly suited for loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) with optimal reaction temperature at 65°C.

These kits provide a rapid method for the isolation and purification of total leukocyte (white blood cell) RNA from mammalian blood samples. These kits are supplied with an RBC (red blood cell) Lysis Buffer for selective removal of red blood cells and fractionation of leukocytes by centrifugation. Isolation of leukocyte RNA results in improved expression profiling and other downstream applications by removing the masking effects of some RNAs which are very abundant in whole blood, such as globin mRNAs. These kits are able to isolate total leukocyte RNA, including both large mRNA and all small RNA species containing microRNA (miRNA) and small silencing RNA (siRNA). Leukocyte RNA Purification 96-Well Kit (High Throughput)
Purification is based on 96-well column chromatography using Norgen’s proprietary resin as the separation matrix. Purification can be performed using either a vacuum manifold or centrifugation. Norgen’s kit allows for the isolation of total leukocyte RNA, including all small RNA species. The purified RNA is of the highest quality and can be used in a number of downstream applications including real time PCR, reverse transcription PCR, northern blotting, RNase protection and primer extension, and expression array assays. Allowable blood input ranges from 10 μL to 1 mL or 1.5 x 106 Leukocytes.

Storage Conditions and Product Stability
All solutions should be kept tightly sealed and stored at room temperature. The RBC Lysis Buffer should be stored at 4°C upon arrival. These reagents should remain stable for at least 1 year in their unopened containers.
