This kit is based on a rapid nucleic acid amplification technology at room temperature and constant temperature: at room temperature and constant temperature (generally 39℃~42℃), reverse transcriptase uses specific primers and template RNA to synthesize cDNA strands, and binds the auxiliary protein and single strand With the help of the protein, the recombinase and the primer form a complex;perform a homology search and bind the target homology domain,at this time a D-loop region is formed at the homology position and strand exchange begins; accompanied by the recombinase from the complex Upon dissociation,the polymerase also binds to the 3′ end of the primer, initiating chain extension. West Nile Virus (WNV) belongs to the RNA virus family of Flaviviridae. It is known to spread primarily through arthropod vectors such as mosquitoes. The virus infects mainly birds but is also reported to infect humans as well as pets such as cats and dogs. In humans, the majority of the infections caused by WNV are asymptomatic. However, some individuals (the majority of the confirmed cases) could enter a second, febrile stage with flu-like symptoms – commonly known as West Nile Fever. In a more serious stage, the disease becomes neuroinvasive, causing meningitis or encephalitis. Such severe conditions could lead to mortality. As the symptoms of WNV are very similar to other common diseases but can be fatal at a severe stage, it is important to distinguish the virus early in the diagnosis, particularly at the molecular level.

Storage Conditions and Product Stability
All kit components can be stored for 1 year after the date of production without showing any reduction in performance.

All kit components should be stored at -20°C upon arrival. Repeated thawing and freezing (> 2 x) of the Master Mix and Positive Control should be avoided, as this may affect the performance of the assay. If the reagents are to be used only intermittently, they should be frozen in aliquots.

t-Boc-N-Amido-PEG4-propargyl is a propargyl linker with one side protected by Boc group. The propargyl group can form triazole linkage with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules via copper catalyzed Click Chemistry. The Boc protected amine can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.
