The Permagen ring magnet low elution plate with integrated cushion base plate was designed for use in automation applications where volumes as low as 5 µL are required. Most PCR plates are bent, leading to inconsistent lab results. Unlike most products, we have added an angled frame around the top of our plate, this helps with two things, straightening out the PCR plate, and leading it to the proper location on the magnets during automation while the cushion assist compensates for labware inconsistencies.

t-Boc-N-Amido-PEG8-propargyl has an alkyne group and Boc-protected amine. The alkyne group reacts with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules via copper catalyzed Click Chemistry. The deprotection of Boc-protected amine can be peformed under mild acidic conditions. The hydrophilic PEG chain enhances the solubility of the molecule in aqueous solution. These kits are suitable for the isolation of total RNA from a range of samples including cells, bacteria, yeast, virus and bodily fluids including plasma/serum, blood, saliva, CSF and more. Extract high quality and purity RNA with excellent RIN values and A₂₆₀/A₂₈₀ suitable for downstream applications including qRT-PCR, RT-PCR, microarrays, NGS and more. These kits purify all sizes of RNA from large mRNA, lncRNA down to microRNA (miRNA) in the same fraction without the requirement of phenol. Isolate all RNA sequences at an equal rate irrespective of size. Moreover, when the RNA sequences are small (e.g. miRNA), the column binds small RNAs regardless of their GC content.
