Principle and Interpretation

Preparation
Suspend 36g in 1 litre of distilled water. Bring to a boil to dissolve completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15minutes.

【Primer design】

Primers are designed to avoid the formation of secondary structures that affect amplification; the length of the amplicon is recommended to be 150-500bp.
