Test Principle
IgG antibodies are resposible for the heparin induced thrombocytopenia.
Immobilized anti-human IgG on the membrane of the test unit binds patients/control IgG-antibodies which are previously captured by the PF4/polyanion-complex which is detected by intensely colored gold nanoparticles.
The presence of PF4/polyanion-complex becomes visible at a colored test line. The surplus of gold particles continues to migrate through the membrane and is captured at the control line by specific antibodies.

Introduction
Magen’s HiPure columns are prepared by high quality glass fiber filter membrane as raw materials through membrane cutting, membrane release, ring release, ring pressing, gland, weighing and other processes. HiPure nucleic acid adsorption columns have the characteristics of long-term stability and high binding capacity. Experiments show that the highest binding capacity and binding efficiency of HiPure nucleic acid adsorption columns are basically unchanged when stored at room temperature for 4 years.
The series of nucleic acid columns produced by Magen Biotech are based on carefully selected imported glass fiber membranes (GF/B, GF/D, GF/F). Columns production processes such as polypropylene injection molding materials, injection molding process, and downstream membrane packing and compression rings are strictly controlled. This is to ensure that the column has extremely high adsorption capacity and long-term stability. Compared with conventional products on the market, Magen’s columns are with varieties, and binding rate will not change when stored at room temperature for 4 years.

Adsorption Mechanism
Based on the negatively charged DNA skeleton, it has a high affinity for positively charged glass fibers. In high salt and ethanol solutions, DNA/RNA binds to glass fiber and interacts with hydrophilic matrix on silica through hydrogen bond. DNA/RNA is tightly bound. All pollutants can be removed by washing solution. At high salt concentration, nucleic acids selectively bind to silica gel membrane, while other pollutants, mainly proteins, are removed by membrane washing.

Main Functions
Isolation total DNA from bacterial culture
Applications
PCR, southern blot and enzyme digestion, etc.
Purification technology
Magnetic beads technology
Process method
Manual or automatic
Sample type
Gram negative or positive bacteria
Sample amount
Bacterial culture: 0.5-1.5ml
Elution volume
≥60μl
Time per run
≤60 minutes
Principle
This product is based on the purification method of high binding magnetic particles. The sample is lysed and digested under the action of lysate and Lysozyme. DNA is released into the lysate. After adding magnetic particles and binding solution, DNA will be adsorbed on the surface of magnetic particles, and impurities such as proteins will be removed without adsorption. The adsorbed particles were washed with washing solution to remove proteins and impurities, washed with ethanol to remove salts, and finally DNA was eluted by Elution Buffer.
Advantages
Fast – several samples can be extracted in 60 minutes (after digestion)
High purity – unique adsorbent can completely remove inhibitory factors
High recovery – DNA can be recovered at the level of PG

Storage and Stability
MagPure Particles, Lysozyme and Proteinase K should be stored at 2-8°C upon arrival. However, short-term storage (up to 12 weeks) at room temperature (15-25°C) does not affect their performance. The remaining kit components can be stored dry at room temperature (15-25°C) and are stable for at least 18 months under these conditions.

Principle
This product is suitable for extracting RNA from anticoagulant blood, lymphocytes, buffy coat, bone marrow, cultured cells and other samples. This product is based on the purification method of high binding magnetic particles. The sample is lysed and digested by lysis buffer and protease, and RNA/DNA is released into the lysis buffer. Add binding solution and magnetic particles to adsorb RNA/DNA, while proteins are not adsorbed and removed. The particles adsorbed with DNA/RNA are washed with washing buffer to remove proteins and other impurities, then washed with ethanol to remove salt, and finally digested with DNase to remove DNA. RNA is recovered by adding binding solution, and finally the RNA is eluted with low salt buffer. The eluted RNA can be directly used for experiments such as RT-PCR,NGS and virus detection.
Advantages
High purity – OD 260 / 280 :1.9-2.0, OD 260 / 230 :1.5-2.0
Economy – less than 50% of the price of top brands
Automatic – extraction without manual participation, saving time and effort
High yield – nucleic acid recovery up to 95%
General – samples include whole blood, serum, plasma, lymphocyte suspension, bone marrow, cultured cells, etc.
