About
ProbeSure Multiplex Master Mix is an enhanced version of ProbeSure Master Mix, formulated to enable users to analyse up to four targets in one reaction well. For example, two bi-allelic SNPs or one reference gene and a further three genes of interest.
Users will require a plate reader capable of reading FAM, HEX, ATTO 550, ATTO 647N and ATTO 633 (the wavelengths of each of these can be found in our ProbeSure Multiplex Master Mix User Guide). ProbeSure Multiplex Master Mix is supplied at 2x concentration for convenience and is supplied with the ATTO 633 normalising dye at either high level (500 nM final concentration), low level (25 nM final concentration) or without ATTO 633.

This kit is suitable for the isolation of total RNA from a range of animal tissues such as liver and spleen, as well as difficult fibrous tissues such as heart, muscle, intestine, etc. Briefly, the tissue of interest is first lysed using Buffer RL, followed by treatment with the provided Proteinase K which aids in the removal of the various proteins present in fiber-rich tissues including collagen, contractile proteins, and connective tissues. The purified RNA is of the highest quality and purity, with excellent RIN values and A260/A280, and is suitable for downstream applications including qRT-PCR, RT-PCR, microarrays, NGS, and more.
The kit purifies all sizes of RNA from large mRNA, lncRNA down to microRNA (miRNA) in the same fraction without the requirement of phenol. Isolate all RNA sequences at an equal rate irrespective of size. Moreover, when the RNA sequences are small (e.g. miRNA), the column binds small RNAs regardless of their GC content.

Storage Conditions and Product Stability The DNAse I should be stored at -20°C upon arrival. The Proteinase K should be stored at -20°C upon arrival and after reconstitution. All other solutions should be kept tightly sealed and stored at room temperature. This kit is stable for 1 year after the date shipment.

Fig 2. Seven concentration samples of 0.3fg/μL, 3fg/μL, 30fg/μL, 300fg/μL, 3pg/μL, 30pg/μL, 300pg/μL were detected. CV of each concentration was < 30%, Regression coefficient associated with standard solutions was 0.99992, and amplification efficiency was 100.370%.

The resDNASEQ CHO Residual DNA Quantitation kit is designed for the quantification of residual DNA from CHO, in cell lines which are used for production of biopharmaceutical products. The Ducky Bio residual DNA CHO Assay, based on proven real-time qPCR technology, makes testing of residual DNA from the Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line rapid, specifc. The PCR-based assay is sensitive and specific for DNA from the CHO cell line and not subject to detection of human or environmental DNA that might be introduced during sample handling.
