The kit provides rapid, simple, and reliable components for the labeling proteins with biotin for use in lateral flow procedures. Kit enables the biotinylation of antibody or proteins to be used with the Universal Lateral Flow Kits (AU2034, AU2037 or AUAU2044 in addition to Streptavidin Colloidal (AU2017) gold or Streptavidin CdZnS Quantum Dots (AU2043).

LyoBeads contain: DNA polymerase(s), reaction buffer, dNTPs and primers and probes. They are rehydrated within seconds in any aqueous solutions, which makes reaction setup very simple. Only a biological sample has to be added.
Storage: LyoBeads are shipped and stored simply at room-temperature. This provides a more cost efficient and ecological distribution compared to other master mixes.
LyoBeads can be pre-dispensed in PCR-strips, PCR-plates, cartridges etc.

The hydrophilic PEG spacer arm provides a long and flexible connection that minimizes steric hindrance involved with ligation to complementary azide-containing molecules.
