These kits provide fast and reliable procedures for the purification of genomic DNA from viable yeast cells, fungal spores or mycelium, and bacteria including Gram-positive. Genomic DNA is efficiently extracted from the cells by a combination of heat treatment, detergents and Bead Tubes (provided). An optional lyticase treatment allows for improved DNA yields with certain fungal and yeast species. Recovered genomic DNA is of excellent yield and purity for any downstream application including PCR, qPCR, Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (RFLP), Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism (AFLP), sequencing, SNP analysis and more.
Fungi/Yeast Genomic DNA Isolation Kit (Spin Column)
This kit provides rapid spin column purification of genomic DNA from viable yeast cells, fungal spores or mycelium, and bacteria including Gram-positive. Preparation time for a single sample is less then 30 minutes, and each kit contains sufficient materials for 50 preparations.

Description
The ExcelRT™ One-Step RT-qPCR kit (TaqMan, no ROX) is designed for reverse transcription and quantitative real-time analysis of a specific target RNA by one-step reaction. The ExcelRT™ One-Step RT-qPCR kit (TaqMan, no ROX), consisting of One-Step RT Enzyme Mix and 2X One-Step Master Mix, is a convenient kit designed for highly efficient cDNA synthesis and highly specific real-time PCR in a single tube. The One-Step RT Enzyme Mix contains a thermostable ExcelRT™ Reverse Transcriptase and a RNAok™ RNase inhibitor. Consequently, One-Step RT Enzyme Mix can reverse transcribe RNA to cDNA at a wide temperature range from 42 to 60°C and active against RNase A, RNase B and RNase C. By containing specialized hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, which greatly reduce primer-dimer formation and can be activated within 2 minutes, the 2X One-Step Master Mix features high specificity and is suitable for fast cycle program.

This kit purifies total RNA including miRNA from biological samples and employs an extra column for the efficient removal of contaminating gDNA, thereby replacing the enzymantic DNase step.
Efficiently extract total RNA from a range of samples including cells, bacteria, yeast, virus and bodily fluids including plasma/serum, blood, saliva, CSF and more. Extract high quality and purity RNA with excellent RIN values and A260/A280 suitable for downstream applications including qRT-PCR, RT-PCR, microarrays, NGS and more.
The kit purifies all sizes of RNA from large mRNA, lncRNA down to microRNA (miRNA) in the same fraction without the requirement of phenol. Isolate all RNA sequences at an equal rate irrespective of size. Moreover, when the RNA sequences are small (e.g. miRNA), the column binds small RNAs regardless of their GC content.
