Ki-67 is a nuclear, non-histone protein that is expressed only during active phases of the cell cycle (G1, S, G2 and M), but not in the resting phases (G0 and G1 early phase). Although the antigen has also been associated with ribosomal RNA transcription, it is strongly linked to cell proliferation and has thus been indicated as an effective marker in grading the proliferation rate of tumors, including those of the brain, breast, cervix, and prostate.
To accommodate the need for high quality enzymes for isothermal amplification ArcticZymes developed the IsoPol® series of polymerases. For isothermal amplification at lower temperatures (37°C and below) we offer two enzymes, IsoPol® DNA Polymerase and IsoPol® SD+. Both enzymes exhibit excellent processivity and high strand displacement activity, having 5’-3’ polymerase activity while lacking both 3’-5’and 5’-3’ exonuclease activity.
IsoPol® SD+ is an engineered version of IsoPol® DNA Polymerase with even stronger strand displacement and higher salt tolerance.

This product is based on the purification method of high binding magnetic particles. The sample is lysed and digested under the action of lysate and Protease. DNA is released into the lysate. After adding magnetic particles and binding solution, DNA will be adsorbed on the surface of magnetic particles, and impurities such as proteins will be removed without adsorption. The adsorbed particles were washed with washing solution to remove proteins and impurities, washed with ethanol toremove salts, and finally DNA was eluted by Elution Buffer.

Storage and Stability
RNase Solution and MagPure Particles should be stored at 2-8°C upon arrival. However, short-term storage (up to 24 weeks) at room temperature (15-25°C) does not affect their performance. The remaining kit components can be stored dry at room temperature (15-25°C) and are stable for at least 18 months under these conditions.
