Detail
Overview
Peelable heat sealing film which is optically clear. Seal is suitable for qPCR and optical applications.
Heat sealing offers a 100% effective method for plate sealing for a complete seal integrity, as well as being quick and cost effective
Our ClearASeal Peel is an optically clear laminate film forming a peelable seal to polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, polycarbonate and cyclic olefin copolymer (COC) plates
The optical clarity of this seal enables its use for sealing plates required for imaging use, including fluorescent detection methods such as qPCR and colorimetric assays
The ClearASeal Peel forms a complete seal to a plate enabling both low temperature uses, including low temperature storage, and high temperature uses, such as PCR (when used with a pressurized heated lid)
This seal demonstrates moderate solvent resistance and can be utilized for short term compound storage at room temperature
This seal is available as sheets, for use with manual and semi-automated sealers, such as our HeatASeal 500 Sealing Machine
Also available in multiple roll formats compatible with specified automated heat sealers, such as our Wasp or Chameleon XT
Our sheet seals are inter-leaved with paper sheets to help denote which side is the sealing side and aid removal of one sheet at a time from the pack

endo-BCN-PEG4-t-butyl ester is a click chemistry linker containing a BCN group and a t-butyl protected carboxyl group. The BCN group can react with azide-tagged molecules. The protected carboxyl group (COOH) prevents self coupling or polymerization under standard acid/amine or acid/hydroxyl coupling conditions. The t-butyl ester can be converted to free acid under acidc condition. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.

The contamination of pathogenic microorganisms and their toxins in food and water is a serious issue for human health and safety. For instance, enterotoxins (SEs) produced by Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) are heat-stable, meaning pathological activity remains even after exposure to sterilization techniques and digestive proteases. Among the SEs, staphylococcal enterotoxin A (SEA) and B (SEB) are confirmed toxins which cause enteritis and food poisoning. Symptoms include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, which in severe cases, may lead to fatalities in children and the elderly. These SEs, known as superantigens, non-specifically activate Tcells, leading to proliferation which ultimately results in T-cell elimination. This activation directly and indirectly induces a massive release of inflammatory cytokines.
In addition to acute poisoning, researchers reported that these toxins may play roles in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases. More specifically, intestinal dysbiosis (enteromicrobial imbalance) was found in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and which may overwhelm the host immune defense functions by chronic exposure to excess amounts of these pathogens (7, 8). In animal models, SEs synergistically play a role in the pathogenesis of autoimmune-related diseases, such as atopic dermatitis, food allergies, colitis, arthritis, and systemic lupus erythematosus.
Attogene is offering this highly robust test to detect SEB by lateral flow in diverse liquid sample types.

Volcano3G® RT-PCR Probe 2x Master Mix contains all components required for general RT-qPCR – optimized reaction mixfor sensitive and reliable results – engineered, truly thermostable Taq DNA polymerases with reverse transcriptase activity – fast start function due to a hotstart aptamer formulation which prevents unspecific amplification at lower temperatures (<57°C) – Pipetting aid in form of a blue dye for better visibility during aliquoting into well-plates – included lysis function*
* = A sample extraction and sample lysis is not necessary as immediate hot PCR cycling conditions can brake cell- and virus membranes. Please see our published references to this product.
Note: Volcano3G® RT-PCR Probe 2x Master Mix is a unique master mix. If you are using it for the first time, we recommend to design primers to have higher melting/annealing temperatures (above 65°C). Additionally, for assay setup it is advised to perform RT-PCR test reactions with temperature gradients (i.e., for the annealing and extension steps) to identify the most proficient PCR protocol for your needs using our Volcano DNA polymerase products.
For research use and further manufacturing.
