This kit provides a fast and simple procedure for the effective depletion of major serum proteins including albumin, α-antitrypsin, transferrin and haptoglobin from serum and plasma samples. Such abundant proteins usually obscure less abundant proteins in gel electrophresis making them difficult to visualize and recover. The kit reduces sample complexity to allow for convenient investigation of less abundant proteins. In other applications such as mass spectroscopy, fractionating abundant proteins improves the resolution of less abundant proteins. The kit is ‘generic’ in that it is not antibody-based and can thus be used to deplete abundant proteins from any starting material – human or various other animals – making it more versatile, flexible and affordable than other kits. Resulting proteins are ready for a range of applications including 2D gel electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, Mass Spectrometry, Protein microarrays, DIGE (Difference Gel Electrophoresis) and more.

This kit provides a single tube to screen for the presence of high-risk HPV types, HPV16, HPV18, HPV31, HPV33, HPV35, HPV39, HPV45, HPV51, HPV52, HPV56, HPV58, HPV59, HPV66 and HPV68. The multiplex test is detected in two fluorescent channels differentiating between HPV16 / HPV18 which both produce a VIC channel signal and all others which produce a signal in the FAM channel. HPV16 and HPV18 account for 70% of positive findings in clinical practice so it is helpful to know if either of these are present. All other high risk genotypes together make up the remaining 30% of clinical positives and are grouped together into the FAM channel. In this configuration, the kit gives a partial genotyping result and some additional information on which high risk strains are present.
Exceptional value for money
Rapid detection of all clinically relevant subtypes
Highly specific detection profile
High priming efficiency
Broad dynamic detection range (>6 logs)
Sensitive to < 100 copies of target
Accurate controls to confirm findings
MagPure Stool DNA Kit is specially designed for high throughput DNA extraction from stool samples. It can get high purity microbial DNA from stool samples (≤200mg). This kit is based on magnetic beads purification and unique inhibiting factors adsorption technology, no phenol-chloroform extraction or alcohol precipitation. It can adsorb humic acid and other inhibiting factors in the solution efficiently. DNA can be directly used for downstream applications such as PCR, Viral DNA testing, bacterial DNA testing, etc.

This product is based on the purification method of high binding magnetic particles. The sample is lysed and digested under the action of lysate and Lysozyme. DNA is released into the lysate. After adding magnetic particles and binding solution, DNA will be adsorbed on the surface of magnetic particles, and impurities such as proteins will be removed without adsorption. The adsorbed particles were washed with washing solution to remove proteins and impurities, washed with ethanol to remove salts, and finally DNA was eluted by Elution Buffer.

Storage and Stability
MagPure Particles, RNase A and Proteinase K should be stored at 2-8°C upon arrival. However, short-term storage (up to 24 weeks) at room temperature (15-25°C) does not affect their performance. The remaining kit components can be stored dry at room temperature (15-25°C) and are stable for at least 18 months under these conditions.
