DBCO-PEG4-Maleimide is PEG linker containing a maleimide group and a DBCO moiety. The hydrophilic PEG spacer arm improves solubility in aqueous buffers. Maleimide group specifically and efficiently reacts with thiols to form stable thioether bonds. The low mass weight will add minimal spacer to modified molecules and will enable simple and efficient incorporation of DBCO moiety onto cysteine-containing peptides or other thiol-containing biomolecules. DBCO is commonly used for copper-free Click Chemistry reactions. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.
Usages:
For cultivations of yeasts , moulds and acidophilic bacteria.
Principle:
Peptone and yeast extract powder provides carbon and nitrogen sources and trace elements; lactose are fermentable sugars; sodium chloride maintains osmotic equilibrium; the 3rd bile salts and crystal violet inhibiting gram-positive bacteria, especially against Gram positive bacteria and fecal streptococci; neutral red as pH indicator.
Formulation(per liter):
Peptone 5g
Tryptone 5g
Glucose 20g
Final pH 5.7 ± 0.1
How to use:
1.Suspend 30g in 1 L of distilled water , stirring heated to boiling until completely dissolved, dispensing flask, 121 ℃ autoclave for 15min.
2.Diluted and treated samples.
Quality control:
Item | The name and number of strain | Growth | Colony Color |
1 | Aspergillus niger ATCC16404 | Good | Spore surface growth |

The Kit provides fast purification of high-quality DNA, RNA and Prote from cells, tissues, and yeast using silica-membrane spin columns with a binding capacity of 100ug RNA. There is no need for phenol/chloroform extractions and time-consuming steps such as CsCl gradient ultracentrifugation, or precipitation with isopropanol or LiCl are eliminated. RNA purified using the HiPure Total RNA Purification System is ready for applications such as RT-PCR, Northern blotting, poly A+ RNA (mRNA) purification, nuclease protection, and in vitro translation.

Applications | SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and western blot, etc |
Purification method | Mini spin column |
Purification technology | Silica technology |
Process method | Manual (centrifugation or vacuum) |
Sample type | Culture cells, animal tissues, plant fungi, yeast, bacteria and other samples |
Sample amount | Cultured cells: < 10^7Animal tissue: ≤ 20 mgPlant samples: ≤ 150 mgYeast cells: 2 x 10^6 – 5 x 10^7 |
The Kit isolates total RNA from up to 10 7 cells or 30 mg tissue. A short workflow enables RNAisolation with genomic DNA removal in less than 25 min. Samples are first lysed and homogenized. The lysate is passed through a DNA Mini column, ethanol is added to the flow-through, and the sample is applied to an RNA column. RNA binds to the membrane and contaminants are washed away. High-quality RNA is eluted in as little as 30 µl water using the Kit.
