Cadmium contamination is a serious worldwide environmental problem. As it is difficult to detoxify by chemical or biological methods, gradual Cadmium accumulation in the nervous and cardiovascular systems of the human body can subsequently cause serious diseases. Long-term health consequences of drinking cadmium-contaminated food and water include numerous negative health effects. Attogene’s Cadmium Lateral Flow test gives results conforming of 5ppb or greater.
Isocitrate Dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1) is a soluble, cytosolic enzyme involved in the TCA metabolic cycle. The most notable mutation in this enzyme, R132H, is clinically indicated in the majority of astrocytomas and oligodendroglial tumours, with the mutation being associated with more favourable prognosis and increased survival in those patients. IDH1 R132H is also useful in the differential diagnosis between anaplastic glioma and glioblastoma.

How to use
1.Suspend 18g in 1L of distilled water , stirring heated to boiling to completely dissolve ,autoclave at 121ºC for 15 minutes. 2.Diluted and treated samples.
Storage
Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.

Galactose dehydrogenase can be used the measurement and analysis of both D-galactose and L-arabinose. Suitable for the analysis of lactose in “low-lactose” or “lactose-free” samples which contain high levels of monosaccharides. The reagents provided in this kit are also suitable for use with AOAC method 2006.06 – Lactose in milk.
Note for Content: The number of manual tests per kit can be doubled if all volumes are halved. This can be readily accommodated using the MegaQuantTM Wave Spectrophotometer (D-MQWAVE).
