The ExcelTaq™ 2X Fast Q-PCR Master Mix (SYBR, no ROX) is a ready-to-use reagent with all the essential components for quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) except primers and templates. The master mix contains a highly stable hot-start Taq polymerase in an optimized buffer with dsDNA specific SYBR green fluorescent dye. Consequently, the ExcelTaq™ 2X Fast Q-PCR Master Mix (SYBR, no ROX) features high stability during storage, even at 37°C for weeks. In addition to high sensitivity and signal intensity, the ExcelTaq™ 2X Fast Q-PCR Master Mix (SYBR, no ROX) performs a low background/ high specificity qPCR results, as well as a better compatibility with fast PCR program.
With inert smart blue contrast dye, the ExcelTaq™ 2X Fast Q-PCR Master Mix (SYBR, no ROX) is ready-to-use and greatly reduces pipetting errors, while largely improving the reproducibility of the process. The ExcelTaq™ 2X Fast Q-PCR Master Mix (SYBR, no ROX) is also compatible with ROX reference dye if ROX is recommended by the manufacturer of the qPCR system. This master mix allows sensitive, precise amplification, real-time tracking of the amplification process, and simultaneous quantification for targeted DNA molecules.

Norgen’s EXTRAClean Cell Culture Media Exosome Purification and RNA Isolation Kits constitute all-in-one systems for the purification of exosomes and the subsequent isolation of RNA from different cell culture media sample volumes. The purification is based on spin column chromatography that employs Norgen’s proprietary resin. The EXTRAClean columns undergo stringent processing and rigorous quality control measures to minimize contamination traces, ensuring optimal results for sensitive applications such as NGS. The kit is designed to isolate all sizes of RNA, including microRNA. Both high molecular weight DNA (greater than 1 kb in size; mostly cell associated) and the smaller DNA (150 – 250 bp; derived from the circulation) is effectively isolated and purified using a rapid and convenient spin column protocol. Background
DNA found in urine can be divided into 2 basic categories. The larger species, genomic-DNA (gDNA), is generally greater than 1 kb in size, and appears to be derived mainly from exfoliated cells. The second species is smaller, generally between 150 and 250 bp (apoptotic-DNA), and derives, at least in part, from the circulation. The second species is also considered as an RNA/DNA hybrid as reported by Halicka et al. (2000). Both types of DNA can be isolated reliably using this kit.

The genesig® Dengue, Zika and Chikungunya Virus Multiplex kit is designed for the detection and differentiation of Dengue virus, Zika virus (ZIKV) and Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) only. Individual tests have been designed in the conserved regions of each virus such that all isolates and subtypes will be detected simultaneously in the same test. The Dengue component of the test will detect subtypes 1, 2, 3 and 4 but will not differentiate between them. A positive Dengue test results indicates that the sample has either one of these four subtypes.
The primers and probe sequences in this kit have 100% homology with a broad range of clinically relevant reference sequences based on a comprehensive bioinformatics analysis. They therefore have a very broad quantification profile.
